1. Orders

  • How do I track my order?

    → A tracking link is automatically sent by email (and SMS if you have added your number).

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    → Orders are processed quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change.

2. Delivery

  • What are the delivery times?

    → United Kingdom: 1 to 2 working days.

    → Europe & International: 1 to 3 working days via DHL Express.

    → Africa: 15 to 10 working days via DHL Express.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    → See the Delivery page.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return an item?

    → Yes, within 30 days of receipt, if the product is intact.

  • How to make a return?

    → Contact our customer service with your order number.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    → Within 5 to 10 days after validation of the return.

4. Products

  • How are your clothes cut?

    → Our cuts are fitted. Consult the size guide available on each product page.

  • Are your items limited edition?

    → Yes, some parts will not be restocked.

5. Customer account

  • Do I need to create an account to order?

    → This is not mandatory, but recommended to track your orders more easily.

  • I lost my password, what should I do?

    → Click on “Forgot password” when logging in.
